Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Delivery and Fulfilment
Once you have ordered a product from us, we aim to deliver normally within 1-4 working days from the date of acceptance. If, due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot deliver on time we will try to contact you to make an alternative arrangement. We will endeavour to complete all orders for goods or services within 28 working days*.
(* with the exception of forthcoming products- we will endeavour to complete orders within 28 days of the product availability date- as displayed on the QualityCartridge.co.uk website next to the specific goods or service.)
- Method of delivery will vary dependent on the cost of goods purchased.
- Delivery is FREE on everything for next 1-4 working Days, except Saturday.
- Next Days Delivery cost is FREE.
- We endeavour to deliver all orders, Next Day. Subject to status and stock availability.
All orders are delivered by Royal Mail/Private Courier between Monday to Friday. Delivery on Saturday will cost £15/- and it's not free.
All products with a value in excess of £50 must be signed for. Delivery will be attempted before 12.00pm (although this cannot be guaranteed). If no one is available to sign for the product, a card will be left and the parcel held at the local Royal Mail Depot for you to collect. Parcels will be held for 10 days before they are returned to PremiumInk.co.uk. Please call the number specified on the card if you wish to re-arrange delivery, collect from your local Post Office or to re-direct the parcel to an alternative address.
Please note that due to security reasons we can not deliver products to any other address than that of the customer placing the order. At present we can only deliver on a weekday. Goods ordered from this website will only be delivered to a UK address.
If for whatever reasons we are unable to fulfil the agreement to supply you with your goods within 30 days we will offer a refund on your debit / credit card or suggest an alternative good.
Subject to any rights granted to you under applicable consumer law, we accept no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from our inability to do so or our decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that we take all reasonable steps to notify you within 14 days of placing the order that the goods will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases we will immediately refund any payment made, in full. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us with sufficient lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from such non-shipment.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class Royal Mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Items can not be returned if they are opened. These include Printer Consumables.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
